The Ethics Channel is a communication platform between CLIMAMARKET and its stakeholders and with society in general so that anyone can report possible legal violations, especially with regard to sexual harassment and harassment based on sex in the workplace.

This communication platform is hosted on servers that comply with the highest security standards in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

All communications made through this Ethical Channel management platform will be encrypted and confidential. The option of making anonymous reports is also allowed, and it is not obligatory to identify oneself in the name field. However, if the sender wishes to receive information about the management of his or her notification and the resolution of the matter in question, he or she must provide an e-mail address.
