For us, the customer is the most important thing, and therefore, your satisfaction with your purchase is paramount. To achieve this, we work with first class logistics companies to ensure that we take care of our products until they reach their destination.

With this premise, we believe that having the best means to deliver the equipment is the basis of our business, and of course, all our shipments travel with comprehensive insurance to solve any misfortune that may arise from our warehouse to the end customer.

We manage the shipping of your air conditioning totally free in Spain (Peninsula).

The products that appear in our online shop are shown with final prices, that is to say, we do not charge you anything for transport, it's as simple as that!

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, please contact us and we will help you manage your purchase and arrange transport.

Delivery times.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email indicating that your order has been dispatched.

From that moment, depending on your location, it will take between 24-48 hours for delivery. (working days: Monday to Friday).

The delivery time for shipments to European Union countries, as well as the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is between 7 and 10 days (working days: Monday to Friday).

Receipt of goods: 

The steps to follow on receipt of the goods are as follows:

  1. Verify that all the packages corresponding to your order have been delivered.
  2. Check that the packaging is in good condition.
  3. Open the packaging to check that the contents are in good condition.
  4. Fill in the carrier's delivery form, reporting any incident, if any.

IMPORTANT: If the goods or the packaging are damaged, it will be imperative to report the incident on the delivery note, in this way we ensure that the condition of the goods is recorded and we can claim all-risk insurance in transport.

We keep you informed.

If for any reason (logistics, stock, etc.) we cannot guarantee these delivery times, we will contact you immediately to inform you.

The transport service includes delivery from our warehouses to the foot of the building. In the event that you need the delivery person to bring your order to your home, we recommend that you specify this when you place your order, as this may involve an additional cost that would have to be quoted with the transport agency.
